The Price of Camp is Not Cheap.

Unforeseen changes to your family's Work Situation, Vacation Plans, and Health may occur at any time

You may have a FULL REFUND for any reason- From the moment you register, up to June 1.

There are no service charges, processing fees, and we do not keep any part of your deposit.  Realize that we are taking an operating loss on this, as we spend much time pre-season processing registrations, payments, group assignments, schedules, bus routes, etc.

Any enrollment adjustments resulting in a refund/credit AFTER June 1st become a tuition credit for the current summer or the next as long as the camp is notified by 12 noon Monday of the week prior to the week the camper does not attend (one week notice).  Therefore, if you notify us after 12 noon the week prior, you cannot receive credit for that week. 

Refund/Camp Credit is given A WEEK AT A TIME, as bus routes and program scheduling are created that way.  There are no refunds for "missed days" that you were scheduled for- no exceptions.

All refunds/credit are based on the difference between the tuition that was paid and the tuition that would have been paid had the camper enrolled for the lesser number of weeks.

1st time Camp Families may receive cash refunds after the Camp Season, if they do not wish to use their tuition credit for the following season.
