At Liberty Lake Day Camp, we are fully committed to maintaining a limited enrollment with small size camper groups. As a result, some groups and weeks close out by late winter. Completing our Registration Application is the first step to reserving an available spot for your child(ren).

Liberty Lake Price Freeze - Our rates have been frozen since 10/1/10

Since 2006, Liberty Lake has been fortunate to have the same number of campers each summer- despite our country’s economic downturn and skyrocketing unemployment rates. We are tremendously appreciative of the commitment of our Camp families during this time. To show our appreciation, we’ve frozen our tuition rates. The prices for 2012 are the same prices that have been in effect since October 1, 2011, and we will hold these prices until we see an uptick in the economy. It is our goal to be partners with you in raising your children, and we want to do everything on our end to help make this happen.

~ 2 & 3 week sessions must be consecutive, with limited availability  

~ Early Bird Pricing must be paid in full by April 1, 2012, or tuition rate will increase to the current rate at that time.

  Special Discounts!

■ Sibling Discount - 10% off 2nd child, 15% off 3rd child and 20% off 4th child.

■ Occupational Discount - Only one occupational discount per family, must be parent or guardian. 10% off Active Military, 5% off Inactive Military, Reserves, Police, Firefighter, NJEA Members and Lockheed Martin Employees.

■ "No Transportation / No Extended Hours" Discount - 10% off if camper is dropped off at Camp between 8:45-9:00 am and picked up between 4:00-4:15 pm; 5% off if one OR the other.

■ Pay-in-Full Discount - 5% discount if tuition for 2012 is fully paid by November 15, 2011.

 *In addition to these discounts, we have a refund policy that is unparallel in Camping.

  All-Inclusive Tuition Includes  

■ Delicious, catered hot & cold lunches.

■ Yummy Snacks - including fresh fruit all day, bagels all morning, ices/ice cream at end of day.

■ Camp T-Shirt and Camp Book bag.

■ Central Express Transportation within our local transportation area, including all of Burlington County, most of Camden County, Western Mercer County, and Western Ocean County.

■ Extended hours, in lieu of transportation, between the hours of 7AM and 6PM.

■ Weekly Electives for entering grades 1-9 (weeks 1-8).

■ Daily Swim Instruction, up through entering 4th Graders.

■ All equipment, supplies and materials.

■ Trips for our Senior Campers, and Teen Leadership Program LITs & CITs

An additional fee may be required for overnight programs

Did You Know Day Camp tuition is often eligible for Child Care/Dependent Care Reimbursement through your employer or as a straight deduction on your taxes. Most Liberty Lake families take advantage of this and many pay less than 50% of their tuition out of pocket! Our Tax ID is : 20-0664992

■ Deposits and payments are fully refundable as per our Refund/Camp Credit Policy.

■ Enrollment is not "official" until we have verified availability and received a $500 per Camper deposit.
