We Understand Your Situation...

• Your child is your most PRIZED POSSESSION.

• The price of Camp is not cheap.

• Unforeseen changes to your family's work situation, vacation plans, and health may arise at any time.

 So We Have The Following Policy...

• From the moment you register until June 1st, you may receive a FULL REFUND for any reason.

• There are no service charges, processing fees, and we do not keep any part of your deposit.  Realize that we are incurring an operating loss on this, as we spend a significant amount of time in the off-season processing registrations, payments, group assignments, schedules, bus routes, etc.

• Any enrollment adjustments AFTER June 1st will result in a CAMP CREDIT for the current summer or the next as long as the Camp is notified by 12 noon Monday of the week prior to the week the camper will not attend (one week notice).  For example, if your child is enrolled for Week 4 and you wish to cancel and receive credit for it, you must notify us by 12 noon on the Monday of Week 3.
  

• There are no refunds for "missed days" - no exceptions. Refunds & Camp credit are given a Camp Week at a time, as bus routes and program scheduling are created that way.   

• All refunds and Camp credit are based on the difference between the tuition that was paid and the tuition that would have been paid had the camper enrolled for the lesser number of weeks. For example, if your child was initially enrolled for 8 weeks and you decide to cancel 1 week (with proper notice), you will be charged the 7 week tuition rate. The credit is calculated using the difference in the tuition rates adjusted for any discounts previously applied.
  

• First time Camp families may receive cash refunds after the Camp season, if they do not wish to use their tuition credit for the following season.
